Development

Maroondah is a fast-growing city, and is home to many of Melbourne's outer Eastern suburbs, including both urban and rural landscapes. It is our role to support and manage the growth and development of our city, through working closely with the community, local industry planners and developers.

Planning

A planning permit allows certain use and/or development on land. It normally contains conditions that must be met and a set of plans.

Building

It is our role to ensure both existing and proposed building complies with the Building Acts and Regulations.

Engineering Development Design Guidelines

These design guidelines relate to the preparation of paving and drainage plans to satisfy Town Planning Permit conditions for multi-dwelling developments and subdivisions.
