Notice of Approval of Amendment C160maro to the Maroondah Planning Scheme

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C160maro to the Maroondah Planning Scheme.

The Amendment came into operation on 11 April 2025 the date the notice was published in the Victoria Government Gazette (S171).

The Amendment extends the interim Heritage Overlay (HO175) applying to 61 Wicklow Avenue, Croydon from 12 April 2025 until 13 October 2025, while permanent heritage controls are sought through Amendment C148maro.

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, on the Department of Transport and Planning website or by contacting 1800 789 386 to arrange a time to view the Amendment.

A copy of the Amendment can also be inspected, free of charge, during office hours, at the offices of the City of Maroondah, 179 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood VIC 3144 and on Council's website.
