Notice of Approval of Amendment C151maro to the Maroondah Planning Scheme

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C151maro to the Maroondah Planning Scheme. 

The Amendment came into operation on 20 April 2023 the date the notice was published in the Victoria Government Gazette (G16).

The Amendment applies the Heritage Overlay to 61 Wicklow Avenue, Croydon on an interim basis until 12 April 2024.

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Transport and Planning website at Maroondah Planning Scheme - Amendments or by contacting 1800 789 386 to arrange a time to view the Amendment documentation.

A copy of the Amendment can also be inspected free of charge during office hours at the offices of the Maroondah City Council, 179 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood.
