Shsta Avenue and Russet Road footpath works map

Council will soon begin constructing a footpath along the south and east sides of Shasta Avenue, between Dublin Road and Knaith Road, and the south side of Russet Road between Shasta Avenue and Northwood Street in Ringwood East.

The path will improve safety and accessibility for pedestrians in the area. Traffic management will be in place during the works, with contraflow in place.

At the completion of the footpath works Shasta Avenue and Russet Road roadways will undergo asphalt resheeting works, to improve the surface of the road.

The footpath works are planned to start in late September 2024.
