San Martin Reserve playspace renewal project

As part of Council’s 23/24 Capital Works Playspace Improvement program, Council has completed a renewal of the playspace in San Martin Reserve, Croydon North.

This includes renewal of the aging assets, enhancing the natural assets and making the playspace safer and more accessible for all users.

The improvements include:

• Furniture renewal
• Connecting pathway
• Equipment renewal including:
  • one multi-age play unit, including slides, climbing wall and a variety of play elements suitable for junior and teenage play
  • one monkey bar
  • one Spider Climber
  • two bays swing unit
  • two standalone elements including a spinner and rocker

The seats are still to be installed, pending weather and material availability.
