In October 2024 Council completed road reconstruction and upgrade works on the Maroondah Highway Service Road, between Dampier Grove and Hillcrest Avenue, Ringwood.

The road reconstruction works include:

• Kerb and channel on both sides of the road;
• Footpath on the northern side of the road;
• Road pavement reconstruction and asphalt sealing; and
• Vehicle crossing reconstruction.
