The East Ringwood Community Hall will be demolished in 2022.
The East Ringwood Community Hall, located within Knaith Road Reserve, has reached the end of its useful life. Following inspections it has been determined that this building will be demolished and the area will be returned to open space with grass and native plants.
The demolition and ancillary works are due to begin in November and will take approximately three weeks to be completed. Temporary fencing and signage will be in place during this time to advise reserve users of the works.
Council has also identified the need for a Masterplan for Knaith Road Reserve. This project will be rolled out over the coming years as funding becomes available and will include extensive community and user consultation.
