The School Focussed Youth Service (SFYS) is available to support students from years 5 to 12 who are attending school but are at high risk of school disengagement across government, Catholic and independent schools.
The SFYS works with identified schools to develop appropriate interventions for students as well as capacity building for staff and families, with the aim to re-engage students in their education. The SFYS is funded by The Victorian Department of Education and is a resource available to Government, Independent and Catholic schools.
The SFYS Coordinator is also available as a point of contact for schools and community seeking information on the local community services sector.
For more information on how to access School Focused Youth Services, contact our SFYS Coordinators or visit the Department of Education (DE) website.
