bestchance Child Family Care

Since its inception in 1895, bestchance has continued to develop and grow as a provider of high-quality services and support to the parents, children and community members of the City of Monash and beyond.

Specialising in early years’ education, bestchance offers an array of tailored programs designed to encourage children’s social and emotional growth. To alleviate the pressures of parenting, bestchance also offers programs which aim to guide and inform guardians and caregivers.

The Early Childhood Intervention program is for children 0-6 years with developmental delay or disabilities offers specialised paediatric teams including speech, psychologist, occupational therapists, as well as an early childhood intervention teacher. bestchance is a registered NDIS provider.

The Cheshire School is an intervention program for children aged 5-12 years with social, emotional and/or learning difficulties, helping them gain necessary skills whilst building connections and confidence.

With onsite day care and highly qualified teachers, bestchance Training equips its students with the necessary skills, knowledge and qualifications to succeed in the professional environment.

Family Support Services provides professional family assessment, personalised in-home support and assisted playgroup programs for parents with pre-school aged children.

Early Years Management supervises and supports staff and program delivery for over 80 community kindergartens, designed to give each child the best start for their best future. Child Care Centres are located in Glen Waverley, Bass Coast, Noble Park and Geelong.

Meanwhile, Family Day Care manages over 100 Family Day Care educators across 13 municipalities, providing in-home care to young children.

All of this could not be achieved without the dedication of staff, educators and volunteers. Volunteering offers opportunities for experience in many areas from corporate to kindergartens, with guidance from the Volunteer team.

Main offices now located in Bayswater, with Glen Waverley the host to bestchance Training and several other bestchance programs. Additional locations include Packenham corporate offices, host to bestchance Training and the Wyndham Vale Training space, opening 2019.
