Activities and outings promote independence, wellness, and multicultural connections, and are arranged according to the interests of participants.
Volunteers facilitate groups, provide transport and support individual clients to participate in chosen activities. Social Support is available at entry level and is not available for people on a Home Care Package. Programs include Centre Based groups, Special Interest Groups, individual support and telephone programs.
Programs are available to eligible people aged 65 and over, adults with a disability, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and over.
