At Ringwood Diving Club we offer a wide range of classes all the way from beginner classes all the way to elite.
We have a free try-out class that you can take advantage of to try diving and see if it's the sport for you.
We also provide specialised classes for teens & adults that are aimed at building/maintaining fitness in a fun environment with other like-minded people.
Diving present athletes from similar sports the opportunity to transfer their skills into a new medium at the level of competition of their choice.
During school holiday we run training camps and learn to dive classes to keep skills up and our members active.
RDC also offer classes for school groups and can provide coaches for events by request.
