The Maroondah Indian Community, also known as MIC or Mi Community, is a group of Indians living in Australia who appreciate Indian culture and traditions. The group does not promote any faith or belief in any country. This community was formed by enthusiasts living in the Maroondah council of Victoria; however, its membership is not limited to people from any region within Australia or India. Through cultural celebrations, sports, and special interest meetings, the Maroondah Indian Community strives to share Indian culture with members of society regardless of age, gender, religious or political affiliation. The vision of our organization is to unite individuals who are committed to preserving and promoting Indian culture, as well as supporting the needs of the larger community. The following services are provided by us: 1. Celebrate Indian culture throughout the year by organizing cultural events, 2. Organise a social club for senior citizens with Indian backgrounds Visit our website for more information and to contact us. https://www.micommunity.com.au/
