Notice of intention to sell land - 306-308 Maroondah Highway Ringwood

Maroondah City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to sell the land known as 306-308 Maroondah Highway Ringwood (Land), being the whole of the land contained in certificate of title volume 8303 folio 146 and shown marked as Lot 1 and Lot 2 on TP 830376K on the plan below (Plan).

It is intended that the Land be sold:

  • By public auction at a date and time to be confirmed.
  • At or above market value, based on a valuation held by Council.

Any person may make a submission on Council’s proposal to sell the Land.

Any person wishing to make a submission must to do so in writing by 22 June 2022. All submissions will be considered in accordance with Council’s Community Engagement Policy.

Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Maroondah City Council and sent:

  • By email to maroondah@maroondah.vic.gov.au  with the email subject line of “Submission - Proposed sale of land at 306-308 Maroondah Hwy Ringwood”; or
  • By post to PO Box 156, Ringwood VIC 3134

After considering all submissions, Council will decide whether or not to proceed with the proposal.
