Chief Commissioner Ken Lay, Victoria Police leads the White Ribbon Oath at Eastland

On 31 October 2013 the Chief Commissioner was greeted by a flash mob consisting of Maroondah staff, police, Anglicare, CFA, SES and other community members. It was a powerful reminder that we all have a responsibility to prevent violence against women and his catchcry was 'no bystanders'. See the YouTube video.
