Maroondah Standard Drawings

Council has a suite of standard drawings which are used throughout the municipality. This suite is made up of:

  • Engineering Standard Drawings
  • Infrastructure & Landscape Guidelines
  • Ringwood Metropolitan Activity Centre — Urban Design Manual.

The Infrastructure & Landscape Guidelines and Ringwood Metropolitan Activity Centre — Urban Design Manual should be read in conjunction with the Engineering Standard Drawings. Where these may differ from the Engineering Standard Drawings the appropriate Service Area stated below must be consulted for clarification.

Engineering Standard Drawings

The Engineering Standard Drawings provide construction details for traditional infrastructure assets such as roads, pathways, kerb, stormwater drains and pits.

Infrastructure & Landscape Guidelines

The Infrastructure & Landscape Guidelines provide details about street and park furniture such as bollards, seats, fencing etc. The aim of this Guideline is to limit the different types and asset styles used across the municipality.
