The Maroondah Festival began in 1990, and was known as the Croydon Festival.

Over the years, the Festival has adapted and changed both in dates and locations, and is now held at Town Park, Croydon on the first Sunday after Melbourne Cup Day.

Over 20,000 people come along to the Maroondah Festival, making it one of the biggest community events in Melbourne and a key event on the Melbourne cultural calendar.

This year's Maroondah Festival has something for everyone and will feature:
