Established in 2001, the Maroondah Federation Estate Gallery (formerly known as Maroondah Access Gallery) is owned and managed by Maroondah City Council. The Gallery is an outstanding exhibitions venue with strong links to the local community and to Melbourne’s dynamic arts scene.

Maroondah Federation Estate Gallery (MFEG) is part of Maroondah's network of arts sites and facilities within the Ringwood Arts Precinct. The gallery program encompasses a broad range of contemporary and traditional visual arts practice including painting, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, drawing, photography, video, design, jewellery, installation as well as scope for performance and multi-media artworks.

Applications are open for exhibition proposals from artists, curators, collectives, groups and organisations to exhibit at Maroondah Federation Estate Gallery (MFEG).

Exhibit at MFEG

We are excited to open our call out for exhibition proposals from artists, curators, collectives, groups and organisations to exhibit at Maroondah Federation Estate Gallery between May 2026 and June 2027.

Located within the community and cultural centre at Maroondah Federation Estate in Ringwood, Maroondah Federation Estate Gallery (MFEG) aims to engage audiences through a vibrant and diverse program of exhibitions by emerging and established artists.

We welcome proposals from a broad range of contemporary and traditional visual arts practices across: painting, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, drawing, photography, video, design, jewellery, and installation with scope for performance and multi-media exhibitions. Exhibitions run for approximately seven weeks.

Exhibiting at MFEG is free for the selected artists, curators and groups.
